  • Perform preconstruction services to analyze the feasibility of a project and result in a successful start

  • Created and implemented a quality management plan focused on improving quality on sites and to transfer that knowledge throughout the district.

    ● Review drawings for potential issues and request clarifications and suggest more efficient alternatives.
    ● Request, review, and submit shop drawings from trades to the consultants.
    ● Take the appropriate action to potential changes, site instructions, work orders, and change notices.
    ● Attend Owner/Consultant meetings and coordinate with them on inspections, design adjustments, status of project and scheduling.
    ● Prepare monthly progress application to the Owner.Compile deficiency lists and coordinate as applicable.
    ● Prepare and receive the necessary documentation from sub-contractors and consultants to close out permits.
    ● Prepare an organized and detailed O&M Manual for the Owner.
